In case of fire / Evacuation

Hotel staff has been trained to act in emergency situations.
If you detect any emergency situation, report it immediately to the front desk, as clear as possible specifying what is happening and where
Your room has automatic smoke detection, connected to the Fire Switchboard Hotel Reception. Behind the door there is an evacuation plan.
In the corridor you will find evacuation instructions plans, manuals extinguishers, manual call emergency and emergency lights.
If a fire begins in your room, and you can use the telephone, call the front desk as soon as possible. Hotel staff will tell you what to do.
If you can not use the phone in the room, leave the room, make sure to close the door behind you, and report any employee or press a button alarm hallway.
If fire is not in your room, you only evacuate when staff or External Services advise to do it.
If you are told to evacuate, stay calm, do not shout or run, or push, Do not go back to collect personal Items forgotten. Identify the nearest emergency exits and go towards them, and without stopping, follow the evacuation route.
Do not use the elevators, only stairs, keeping on the right side while going down.
If you find evacuation routes with smoke, do not enter them, stay in a safe area, closing doors, and report the situation to the front desk. If you are able, put wet towels under the door and go the window and show yourself.
