House rules

We strive to ensure that you and all our guests enjoy our service and facilities. Therefore we would like to ask for your attention for our house rules. We kindly request you to adhere to these during your stay. Any offence can be reported to the police and the hotel management or duty manager will take appropriate actions if necessary.

  • Visitors
Due to safety precautions it is not allowed to invite visitors to your room unless they registered in our hotel. Thus is only possible after specific approval of the hotel management. After approval, your visitor needs to register at our reception desk and he/she will be requested to leave behind a copy of a valid passport.
  • Passport / ID
You need to be able to identify yourself at all times.
  • Human trafficking and prostitution
 
Dead Sea Spa Resort does not want to be involved nor do want to facilitate or want to be part in any way of human trafficking or prostitution. In case we suspect any possibility of human trafficking or prostitution, based on signs and indicators mentioned to us by official institutions, the hotel management will be immediately report this to the police. Hotel guests involved will be asked to leave the hotel at once and will no longer be given any permission to any facilities of the hotel.
  • Room changes
Due to safety precautions it is not allowed to change or switch rooms, except after specific approval of one of our employees.
  • Check in and check out
It is possible to check-in from 15:00 PM. and the check-out on your day of departure at 12:00 PM.
  • (Fire ) safety


The hotel is equipped with a comprehensive fire prevention and safety system. If you unnecessarily disconnect or obstruct any part of this system, you will jeopardize the overall safety of the hotel and all guests. All consequences will be at your expense including any possible damages and costs. In each room you will find an evacuation plan. On this map you can see exactly where you are and where you can locate the closest escape routes in case of a fire evacuation. In the event of an emergency, please remain calm, contact us immediately in accordance with our comprehensive safety procedures and follow the instructions of the hotel’s well-trained emergency response team. In case of fire, never use elevators.

  • Emergency kit
In all departments we have an emergency kit available.
  • Suspicious circumstances
In case you hear or see anything that you think we should be aware of, please contact our duty manager as soon as possible.
  • Cameras
The hotel is equipped with cameras at various places. This is for your and our safety. During emergencies, or if there is any specific need for it, these recordings will be submitted to the police. We will not submit any recordings to other parties. Recordings will not be kept longer than 2 weeks.
  • Lost objects
In case you find lost property, we kindly ask you to bring it to the Front Office immediately.
  • Staff areas
We hope you will enjoy our guest areas but kindly request you to not enter the staff areas of the hotel.
  • resort properties
It is not allowed to take any hotel property outside the hotel. In case you cause damage to any hotel property, we will hold you responsible for repairs and/or any cost for replacement. Please report any damage immediately to the hotel management so we can take action.
 
  • personal belongings

The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal property. We would like to remind you that in all rooms we provide a safe that can be used free of charge. If not, please ask reception for alternative options. We also recommend that you always keep your personal belongings close by to prevent theft or any dangerous situation for you and other guests.

  • Nuisance
We kindly request you to take into account the wellbeing of our other guests at all times and not to cause any nuisance. Beware of the noise you make and your telephone behaviour throughout your stay. Please treat other guests and employees with respect. We also kindly request you to leave your room in such a way that after a thorough cleaning, our next guests will be able to enjoy our hospitality. When we enter your room and find here an unacceptable or unsafe situation (like abandoned medication, blood, needles, etc.) we will charge you all extra costs involved.
  • Weapons
Use or possession of any kind of weapon in the hotel is strictly forbidden.
  • Provision of alcoholic beverages
By law we are not allowed to provide any alcoholic beverages to visitors younger than 18 years of. The hotel staff is always entitled to intervene in (excessive) alcohol abuse.
  • Minor hotel guests
Minors under the age of 18 staying at the hotel must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other duly authorised adults. Hotel staff may request relevant documentation to identify adults as parents/teachers or authorized persons.
  • Complaints, comments or suggestions
If you have complaints, comments or suggestions, we ask you to report these at the hotel reception. We kindly request you to do this as soon as possible. If you refrain from this, you risk to lose your legal rights.
